We’re hiring a Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and adheres to project specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff, maintaining a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status, address challenges, and coordinate resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality standards at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate daily reports of project progress, activities, and issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control practices.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
