Position: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Salary Range: $70k - $100k

Location: Manitowoc

We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team.

Commercial Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-solve and address any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Commercial Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a diverse project background.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
