Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000-$140,000
Company Overview: A prominent construction firm specializing in designing innovative and high-quality dining establishments. We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our restaurant development projects.
Supervisor Job Description: We are in search of a proficient Superintendent with substantial experience in commercial construction, particularly with restaurant developments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to upholding the highest quality and safety standards.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site activities of restaurant development projects
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors and construction teams
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications
- Enforce safety measures and ensure adherence to all health and building regulations
- Conduct routine site evaluations and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers
- Maintain precise project documentation and progress reports
- Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during construction
Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically with restaurant developments
- Demonstrated history of managing successful restaurant construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications
- Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety requirements
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
