Lead Commercial Construction Superintendent

Currently seeking a Lead Superintendents with LARGE project experience for a premier general contractor that has a project near International Falls. This is a position for Superintendent's who havve been the lead on projects from start to finish, LARGE projects of $10M, $30M, $50M+ in the k-12, higher education, corporate office sectors!!

• The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 5 years of field experience on LARGE construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M+ in size.
• Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
• Proficiency with safety procedures
• Extensive managerial and people skills
• Materials procurement
• Supervision of self-performed work
