Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000

Company Overview: We are a premier construction firm dedicated to crafting innovative and high-quality restaurant and retail environments. We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and manage our restaurant construction projects.

Superintendent Job Description: We are in search of an experienced Superintendent with a robust background in commercial construction, particularly in restaurant projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations on-site for restaurant construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise both subcontractors and construction teams.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all health and building regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address any issues.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and designers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress reports.
• Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Superintendent Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, focusing specifically on restaurant projects.
• Proven history of managing successful restaurant construction initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
