About the Job
A local Commercial Construction company is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee multi-sector projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong leadership background and senior-level knowledge in managing large-scale commercial projects.
Responsibilities of a Superintendent:
- Coordination of all communication with partners, stakeholders, contractors, engineers and architects
- Oversee project management and timeline of the projects to ensure commitments are being met
- Develop standards to be provide effective and efficient project completion
- Manage building material orders and delivery to projects
- Ensure all employees and contractors are following safety polices and procedures
Perferred experience:
- 10 years experience with multi-sector commercial construction
- Strong leadership skills with previous management of construction professionals
- Ability to communication effectively and convey project direction
- Proficient in construction management software
- History of completed projects with values between 20-30M
