Currently seeking a Lead Superintendents with LARGE project experience for a premier local general contractor. This is a key positions with excellent opportunity for career advancement! This is a position for Superintendent's who havve been the lead on projects from start to finish, LARGE projects of $10M, $30M, $50M+ in the healthcare, higher education, corporate office, hospitality sectors!!

This is NOT an advertized position.

• The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years of field experience on LARGE construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M+ in size.
• Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
• Proficiency with safety procedures
• Extensive managerial and people skills
• Materials procurement
• Supervision of self-performed work
