Commercial Construction Superintendent - Gpac

Company Overview: Join our dynamic and fast-growing construction team as a Superintendent. If you have a strong background in residential projects and have expanded into commercial, industrial, or civil construction, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and make an impact.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Superintendent with 10+ years of experience who is hands-on, proactive, and ready to lead by example. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various construction projects and is comfortable jumping in with a toolbelt when needed. You should be an outgoing, Type A personality with a clean background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling: Create and manage 2-week look-ahead schedules and punch lists.
• Subcontractor Management: Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Material Procurement: Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries.
• Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to get hands-on and assist on-site as needed.
• Bilingual Skills: Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in the construction industry, with experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and civil projects.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personality: Outgoing, Type A personality with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
