Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager position include:
5+ years of experience in construction, specifically with commercial doors, fences, gates, and dock equipment.
Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to train and mentor technicians.
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with Google Workspace are essential.
Oversee and manage a team of service technicians and ensure they follow safety protocols.
Schedule and perform job audits, and support client interactions for project evaluation.
Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality control and safety standards.
Monitor and improve service department performance while achieving sales growth.
Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
