Commercial Electrical Foreman - Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians on commercial projects.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems according to specifications and codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct quality control and safety checks, ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to address issues and maintain project progress.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Journeyman Electrician (required), Master Electrician license is a plus.
• Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Additional: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
