Edge Electric Of WI, INC. is seeking skilled and dependable Commercial Electricians to join our team. These positions are responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial, industrial, and residential settings. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, take pride in their work, and demonstrate leadership by mentoring less experienced electricians.

- Electrical Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.
- System Installation: Install conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, motor feeders, and make standard motor connections.
- Quality Workmanship: Perform installations in a workmanlike manner, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Site Maintenance: Clean and maintain job sites, tools, and vehicles.
- Safety Compliance: Consistently follow workplace safety procedures, participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
- Safety Reporting: Immediately identify, correct, and/or report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work as a member of a cohesive team and perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience required.
- License/Certification: Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in installing conduit systems, lighting systems, control systems, and motor connections.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to mentor less experienced electricians and lead by example.
- Willingness to take on additional duties as required.
