Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Escrow Assistant. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Denver, CO (Onsite).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience as an Escrow Assistant I or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related real estate or title field.
• Strong customer service orientation, Detail orientation, Excellent verbal communication, Problem-solving skills, Strong organizational skills.

• Provide support to the Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
• Primarily the same job description as Residential, except the escrow process is managed for large Commercial transactions.
• Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer.
• Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
• Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions. Interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepares all documents required for transactions.
• Supports Commercial escrow needs.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $25.58/hour to $25.58/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
