We are seeking a skilled Estimator to accurately assess project costs and ensure successful project execution.

What You Will Be Doing:
Assess and estimate costs for siding projects, ensuring accurate and detailed project proposals.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project timelines and budgets.
Review construction documents, specifications, and site conditions to provide accurate cost estimates.
Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary to ensure project profitability.
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and validate estimates.
Provide support in negotiating contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors.
What You Need for This Position:
Proven experience in commercial estimating
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
We'd be really excited if you have experience in siding estimation and/or commercial estimation experience.
