Coke Florida is searching for a Commercial Execution Supervisor to work out of our Hollywood area facility, working the South Florida market. This will be a first shift role, Mon-Fri and may require weekend work.
The Commercial Execution Supervisor role is a member of the Coke Florida Marketing team and will be instrumental in assuring program compliance and picture of success execution.
As a Coke Florida Commercial Execution Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of geographically dispersed, Commercial Execution Specialists by providing daily supervision, creating and managing specialist work schedules, creating processes and daily routines for your team to execute, training and development of specialist through provided tools and technology, as well as side by side time spent in the field, requiring extensive mobility. You will also approve payroll, time off requests, and mileage reimbursements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Focuses on leading and development of frontline Specialist while overseeing completion of all surveys/audits
- Maintain routine reporting and report outs daily/weekly/monthly based on frequency expectations.
- Support Coke Florida territories and work closely in communication with Customers, Field Sales Teams & leaders to help coordinate survey captures and resolve customer issues.
- Communicate any changes or special request from leadership with a plan to deliver the expected results.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards.
- Schedule Specialist in a timely and efficient manner meeting company daily/weekly survey expectations.
- Deescalate customer service issues as appropriate and report occurrences to Territory Sales Leadership.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience workin g with Excel, PowerPoint, IRED application, Global 345 application, and Spring Mobile is highly desired
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- At least 3 years in beverage industry preferred.
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Possess and maintain reliable transportation w/ appropriate auto insurance coverage.
