We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Health Benefits Account Executive to join our vibrant sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to a forward-thinking company within the sales industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial health benefits accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The role will focus on understanding customer needs and meeting them through the strategic selling of our company's services and products. This position requires a deep understanding of health benefits, stop-loss insurance, self-funded healthcare, third party administration, and pharmacy benefit management.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the commercial health benefits market.
2. Manage and nurture a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on health benefits, stop-loss insurance, self-funded healthcare, third party administration, and pharmacy benefit management.
4. Partner with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver solutions that drive business results.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support to our clients.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry.
2. Proven track record of managing and growing commercial accounts.
3. Extensive knowledge of health benefits, stop-loss insurance, self-funded healthcare, third party administration, and pharmacy benefit management.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
9. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
