GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with rotating emergency on-call duties.
• Location: Covering the Wasatch Front area, from Cache to Utah Counties.

Your Typical Day: In this role, you will begin your day by preparing your company vehicle with the necessary tools and parts. As a Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician - Appliance Repair Tech, you will travel across the Wasatch Front area, addressing service requests for a variety of commercial kitchen appliances, such as ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical systems, mechanical components, and refrigeration units. Accurate documentation, inventory management, and clear communication with clients and team members will be integral to your success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least ONE year of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment OR Experience fixing commercial refrigeration equipment
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 70 lbs, and tackle basic job responsibilities with ease
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must have your own hand tools for the job
• Must reside in Utah

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or formal training in appliance repair
• 1+ years of field Customer service experience
