• The ability to train, develop and manage all necessary technicians and support personnel to run a successful service division.
• Ability to research and oversee implementation of the service software.
• Pioneering the development through leadership of the service division, driving its strategic growth and operational excellence.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• An established family-owned Specialty Contractor that furnishes and installs Heating Ventilation and Air Cooling (HVAC) systems.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
