Commercial HVAC Service Manager - Davron LLC

Are you a seasoned HVAC professional ready to take on a leadership role with a fast-growing company? We are seeking a Service Manager in Southern California to oversee commercial/retail HVAC accounts for major brands. This fully remote position offers you the chance to join a family-oriented company that has been serving Southern California's retail HVAC needs for over 35 years. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Manager position include:

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC field experience
• Experience managing an account coordinator and overseeing new accounts
• Answering questions from technicians and serving as the main point of contact for clients
• Handling client communications, including resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Overseeing high-priority service calls and managing invoicing/quoting processes
• Collaborating with the office manager and other departments to meet client needs
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and willingness to learn Service Titan
• Minimal travel (3-4 times per year)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities with the potential of earning up to $20,000!
