Commercial HVAC Service Technician Wanted

We're in search of a motivated and skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to handle service, maintenance, and repairs on a range of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Optimize ductwork systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
• Install, commission, and retrofit commercial HVAC systems.
• Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Utilize technical expertise in control systems for energy optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in HVAC technology preferred.
• Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems.
• Relevant certifications (EPA Universal, NATE, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
