Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including VAV systems, BAS, chillers, and boiler room equipment, split systems, and large building chiller/cooling tower loop water systems.
- Service and maintain equipment in specialized environments such as walk-in deep freezers, coolers, and laboratory spaces with specific condition requirements.
- Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems by diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on complex systems, ensuring reliable operation.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, providing updates on service needs and recommendations.
- Complete service reports and ensure all job documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain company vehicle and tools to ensure they are in working order.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, including working with commercial HVAC systems like chillers, VAV systems, and BAS.
- Strong mechanical skills with experience in troubleshooting and repairing large-scale HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently while managing time and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Requirements 5-10 + years’ experience in MEP / HVAC Sales, years of successful experience in the commercial HVAC industry, able to present value added propositions to key decision makers at target accounts Chiller’s, Boilers, RTU’s, Air Handlers, BAS, Controls, Electrical understanding & Bachelor’s degree Will need B2B Sales experience, with $250K to $5MM with a strong working knowledge of systems, equipment, components (RTU's, VAV, VRF, Chillers etc). Great attitude, great technical knowledge and customer service Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point Good driving record / license Enthusiasm to learn & work in a fast paced, ever evolving & growing dynamic energy service field Must be Professional and Polished, tactful & respectful with clients & team members regardless of their status or position, accepts responsibility for own actions, Great follow through on commitments & Effective time management skills- Self-sufficient in time management, should have tools or ability to develop tools for continual efficiency & productivity This Job Is: Open to Mechanical Sales Engineers or Sales professionals with background in MEP / HVAC, B2B, preferred.
