CISSELL MUELLER CONSTRUCTION, INC. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial/Industrial Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to quality. • Project Planning: Set up and plan projects by defining scope, objectives, and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including stages, resources, budgets, and timeframes, while continuously monitoring and adjusting resources and timelines as needed.
• Software Utilization: Utilize Procore project management software for streamlined documentation, processes, and communication, along with bid portals for efficient project bidding.
• Coordination: Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth workflow.
• Risk Management: Address potential risks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Budget and Timeline Compliance: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders to facilitate project success.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting issues to management as necessary.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a project management role within construction, with demonstrable knowledge of commercial and industrial construction processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction management processes, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to visit and assess project sites as needed.
