Were seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our family-oriented team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is eager to provide top-tier support to our commercial clients. This position offers a competitive base salary of $55,000 - $75,000, along with quarterly bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $6,000 based on growth in the commercial department.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to producers by analyzing client needs, reviewing coverage forms, and obtaining quotations.
- Accompany the Sales Executive on prospect and client meetings as requested.
- Complete and submit applications to carriers, ensuring timely receipt of quotations and policies.
- Issue and verify binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements, and forward them to clients with necessary correspondence.
- Determine and manage billing, invoicing clients, and handling collection tasks.
- Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals as required.
- Process renewals, reviews, and audits of policies to ensure accuracy and initiate corrections when needed.
- Address and resolve requests for cancellations, acting to retain accounts where possible.
- Identify loss exposures and recommend suitable coverage options alongside producers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a commercial insurance account manager
- Active Florida Insurance License
- Proficiency with an agency management system
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking abilities for problem-solving and decision-making
