Salary Range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing their insurance needs.
- Policy Analysis: Evaluate and assess clients' current policies, providing accurate and tailored recommendations.
- Renewals and Retention: Proactively manage policy renewals to ensure continuity of coverage and high client retention rates.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities for new commercial insurance accounts and cross-sell additional coverage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and achieve team objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide informed advice.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in commercial insurance account management or a similar role
- Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other industry-related tools.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity and professionalism with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs efficiently.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 20lbs frequently
- Must be comfortable with performing activities that include changing between sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, and bending frequently
