Integrity Insurance in McKinney, Texas is looking for a full-time Commercial Insurance Account Manager. The role involves responsibilities such as prospecting new clients, generating quotes, expanding and servicing current client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and obtaining referrals.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

*Identify and target potential commercial clients. Understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.

*Present and sell commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and workers' compensation.

*Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring clients receive top-notch service.

*Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.

*Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their business requirements.

*Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims with efficiency and accuracy.

*1-3 years experience in commercial insurance sales.

*Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry practices.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

*High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.

*Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.

*A Property & Casualty Commercial Insurance is required; additional certifications (CPCU, CIC) are a plus.

*A team player with a positive attitude who is goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
