Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Brooker Insurance Agency

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Account Manager at Brooker Insurance; involving handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience on a day-to-day basis. The ultimate goal is to assist producers in retaining current clients. The Commercial Account Manager will also build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, and will work closely with their team members at Brooker.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall insurance programs for Brooker Insurance clients, providing excellent customer care.
• Educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance needs.
• Process claims and communicate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Assist with all policy renewals, including information gathering, preparation of applications, customer status updates and administration of policy renewal.
• Conduct account reviews, analysis, and audits for clients.
• Manage agency electronic and paper files for clients.

• Valid Ohio Property and Casualty License required.
• Any other insurance designations are a plus.
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
• Proficiency in AMS360 a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to multi task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.
