Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing in a timely and accurate manner.
Account Management: Maintain client accounts, update information, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Customer Relations: Build positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support at all times.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing client files efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to support their efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to client interactions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy management and client interactions.

Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services is an advantage.
Licenses: Active P&C License Required.
