We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $55,000, with bonus opportunities available. Responsibilities
- Quote new commercial insurance business and service existing accounts.
- Complete insurance applications and submit them to carriers.
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and handle invoicing.
- Directly communicate with clients to gather necessary information and maintain relationships.
- Explain coverage options and policy details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, changes, and renewals efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and account management.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and insurance management software (Nexsure knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with quote raters is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Trainable and flexible, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
