We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $55,000, with bonus opportunities available. • Quote new commercial insurance business and service existing accounts.
• Complete insurance applications and submit them to carriers.
• Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and handle invoicing.
• Directly communicate with clients to gather necessary information and maintain relationships.
• Explain coverage options and policy details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, changes, and renewals efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and account management.

• Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and insurance management software (Nexsure knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with quote raters is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Trainable and flexible, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
