Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests, Auto Insurance certificates, and various insurance related verification calls in a timely manner.
- Receive and submit claim information on customer's behalf and act as client's advocate.
- Respond to billing and payment processing inquires and provide support to current customers on billing related matters.
- Handle all aspects of Certificate of Insurance requests from commercial clients.
Requirements
- Great Customer Service skills
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
