We're looking for someone with who is motivated to become a long-term part of our agency team. We provide an excellent & experienced support staff which will handle the majority of the service work allowing you the time necessary to focus on building your network and achieving your sales goals.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Understanding customer needs, building rapport and identifying sales opportunities
- Proactive communication with our prospective customers
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Effectively utilize our agency database of current & potential customers
- Explain the value & benefits of our agency to prospective customers
- Provide an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Determination to achieve high sales goals
Requirements
- Motivated with a desire to pursue a career path in a family environment
- Must take pride in your work with an eye towards personal growth & development
- Coachable with an openness to constructive critique
- Sales experience or client facing background is a plus+
- Commercial Insurance experience also a plus+
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to overcome rejection and achieve high sales goals
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required, or the commitment & ability to obtain the license within a short period of time.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
