How will you be compensated:
- $70,000-$85,000 Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission Structure

What you will do:
- Work in our Irvine office alongside peers 3 days per week and will also be equipped with technology and hardware to work from your home up to 2 days per week.
- Tenaciously solicit new business with drive and initiative through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead sources
- Work closely with your mentor and manager to gain a deep understanding of Commercial Lines coverages as well as industry knowledge, laws/regulations and best practices
- Successfully manage the full sales cycle including:
- Lead generation
- Prospecting/Outreach
- Negotiating
- Proposing coverage
- Closing with C-Suite level executives
- Renewal process
- Create trusted partnerships with business owners and executives, aiding them in implementing risk management practices to bolster success of their firms
- Continually learn and react within a constantly changing market
- Pursue continuing education opportunities that support expertise in your chosen industry
Your Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree or relevant work experience in client-facing role
- One to two years of outside sales experience
- Knowledge of basic insurance concepts and willingness to undergo comprehensive training in commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand risk management principles and assess clients' insurance needs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
- Proficiency in software applications commonly used in an office environment
- Property and Casualty license or attainment within 90 days (employer sponsored)
