As our National Estimator, you are the tip of the spear for our success. Your primary
responsibility is to ensure all reconstruction jobs are rapidly and accurately estimated,
properly resourced, and flawlessly executed from start to finish. Exceeding expectations

responsibility is to ensure all reconstruction jobs are rapidly and accurately estimated,
properly resourced, and flawlessly executed from start to finish. Exceeding expectations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel as needed.
- Initiate immediate contact with customer.
- Create accurate estimates for every job, every time.
- Interact with the insured client, and insurance company representatives, to drive successful project outcomes.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the estimating process including preparation
- In addition to writing estimates, you will be responsible for handing off each project to our national mitigation teams.
- Work closely with the mitigation, reconstruction, and accounting colleagues
(when appropriate).
- Maintain professionalism with clients.
- Minimum three (3) years of direct experience in insurance restoration estimating.
- Ideally, level 3 Certification capability using Xactimate, Xactanalysis
- and Symbility software.
- IICRC Certifications - a plus.
- Established relationships with insurance company adjusters/representatives - a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a salaried role with annual compensation dependent upon experience, skill level, and documented track record of success.
- In addition to base salary, this role receives uncapped commission on every project estimated.
- Full benefits, with a generous monthly contribution provided by employer.
