Showing spaces, negotiating reasonable and/or approved concessions, and preparing lease documents Must be highly organized and take pride in their work by preparing appropriate correspondence both internally and externally Understand administrative tasks are a part of this role Enjoy traveling from one location to another, possibly daily Develop appropriate relationships with existing lessees, understanding needs, and thereby possess an appropriate sense of urgency related to maintenance of each property Understand each lease in place and their intricacies. No two leases are the same Participate in management meetings as requested, reporting on tenant relationships, rent roll matters that may impact cash flow, and generally providing management with observations during a walk-thru or visit to the locations Represent the employer exhibiting professional and excellence in their presentation of space features.
