Join us in taking the first step toward creating a future that combines a diverse, challenging work environment with financial security and career satisfaction. **We are the perfect fit if you:** + are seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organization + have a desire to help others protect their future + have an entrepreneurial spirit and are challenged by the opportunity to grow the business + are focused on learning and development to enhance your industry knowledge and expertise + are a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business + believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others **Here's where you come in:** - Serve as the primary relationship manager, and consultant for clients and their insurance needs - Respond to daily client requests and ensure all their insurance service needs are handled in an accurate and timely manner, including obtaining appropriate documents to change or add coverage during the policy period - Provide Bid and Contract review - Be a technical resource to clients and team members - Effectively manage the renewal process including capturing pre-renewal information and putting together complete renewal submissions for selected markets - Negotiate Terms and Conditions for renewals with underwriters - Counsel clients on coverage issues, and research coverage as needed. - Maintain effective relationships with carrier markets - Coordinate the production and delivery of new business and renewal proposals and insurance summaries - Effectively manage, develop, and delegate work to team members, this may include Associate Account Managers I and II, and Account Managers I and II - Ensure broker standards and best practices are being executed by the team **You're great at:** - **Six or more years insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management role** - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills - Strong data entry skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong organization and follow-up skills - Ability to exercise independent judgment - Ability to effectively work in a team environment - Demonstrated ability to delegate to and train other team members - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization - Applied EPIC Agency Management System experience preferred but not required **Here's what we can offer:** At HUB, we believe in giving our employees the room and space they need to do their job. The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 to $111,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
