Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 90k/year - Prairie Village, KS

• Our client, an independent agency located in Prairie Village, KS, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.
• The Commercial Lines account Manager will be responsible for handling day to day contact with clients and managing relationships between them and various insurance carriers. There is also a small leadership aspect to this role in checking in and keeping a team of 3 support staff on track

Responsibilities:

• Managing client/carrier relationships
• Processing and remarketing renewals for clients and looking for opportunities to cross/up sell
• Helping guide support staff in every day duties such as policy changes, certificates of insurance, audits, etc.
• Managing a commercial lines book of business with a slight focus on homebuilders and dealerships and premiums ranging from $25k to $1MM

Qualifications:

• 3+ years commercial lines experience
• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
• Experience working in an independent agency
• Applied EPIC experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 90k/year
