Responsibilities:- Customer Retention & Relationship Management: Achieve 95% retention by delivering personalized service, building strong, long-term relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and effectively managing challenging customer situations.
- Account Management & Customer Service: Serve as primary client contact to sell products, resolve issues, answer questions, and provide coverage education; proactively identify service needs and address gaps; ensure reliable follow-through on commitments under pressure.
- Policy & Coverage Administration: Manage proposals, insurance summaries, and quotes; oversee policy changes, claims, and cancellations; maintain prompt communication with carriers on renewals and issues.
- Account Rounding & Sales: Meet annual sales goals by cross-selling, account rounding, and identifying referrals; assess coverage gaps and recommend solutions like additional coverages or risk management tools.
- Carrier Relations & Market Knowledge: Stay informed on carrier appetites and market trends; place business with preferred carriers and utilize carrier websites efficiently for quoting.
- Administrative Tasks & Systems Management: Organize digital files, EPIC home screen, and Outlook inbox; ensure quality control to prevent errors and omissions.
Professional Development: Attend sales seminars, meetings, and educational activities to stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
- High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Insurance experience required. Commercial insurance experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty License required
- Technical capabilities (proficiency in Microsoft Office applications)

Salary range is $60K to 70K per year, based on experience.
