Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Account Technician to collaborate closely with our Small Business and Large Business Account Managers, Department Managers, Producers, and Insurance Companies. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and excellent service within our team.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to our office located at 8 Park Street, Attleboro, MA. Computer equipment will be provided by the company upon hire.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Process New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, and Audits per company and agency guidelines.
• Invoice transactions received from carriers.
• Coordinate policy delivery by preparing policies and creating binders for CP and Large Accounts.
• Provide technical support to Account Managers and Producers.
• Assist with small business claims follow-up and management.
• Assist with the creation and issuance of Certificates.
• Process incoming correspondence (mail, email, fax) accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on open activities in a timely manner.
• Maintain AI & TAM files accurately and consistently.
• Report any unusual or potentially damaging situations to the VP of Business Development.
• Assist with tasks as directed by agency management.
• Attend departmental and agency meetings as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years of industry experience
• Property and Casualty License preferred but can be obtained upon hire
• High School Diploma
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Time management skills
• Microsoft office suite efficient
