Commercial Lines CSR - RRC

As the Commercial Lines CSR, you'll be instrumental in fostering client partnerships, delivering premium solutions, and driving the business excellent service!

The Commercial Lines CSR Will:

• Assist clients in the quoting process and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and claims support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Handle policy renewals and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  

Your Commercial Lines CSR Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of Insurance experience
• Minimum of 3+ years in Commercial Lines
• Ability to work onsite 5-days a week
• Proficient experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  
• P&C License preferred
