Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful interactions with commercial clients, understanding their specific insurance needs.
Inquiry Handling: Address client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and sound advice regarding their commercial policies.
Policy Management: Assist in managing and servicing commercial lines accounts, ensuring coverage aligns with clients' interests and requirements.
Renewal Process: Coordinate timely renewals, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure continuous coverage for clients.
Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve any issues or discrepancies clients face with their policies or claims.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and carriers to provide the best solutions for the clients.
Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, policy changes, and service activities are accurately documented.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of a current Georgia Insurance License is essential.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in commercial lines or a related insurance field is required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
