Position Overview: As a Commercial Lines Inside Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our existing accounts by offering account rounding, adding coverages, and increasing policy limits. You will receive referrals from our account service managers and warm prospect lists for outbound sales calls. Your main goal is to deliver timely, accurate quotes for new business lines to potential and existing customers, thereby contributing to the growth of our agency. We welcome applicants with experience in personal lines insurance who are enthusiastic about advancing their careers in commercial lines insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote and sell insurance to new and existing clients.
• Proactively call prospects and existing clients to explore new business opportunities.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous sales service at all times.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge for all lines of business and products offered by the company.
• Quote all commercial lines coverages for new and existing customers.
• Quote and rewrite policies as requested or recommended by the account executive.
• Present quote proposals, request binding, and complete the sale of new lines of business.

• Promptly address and respond to incoming lead calls and web inquiries.
