Responsibilities
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and helping clients round out their accounts.
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in assisting clients with policy changes.
Requirements
- An Active TX Property & Casualty License is Required
- 2+ Years Commercial Lines Account Manager Experience
- A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Team player with professional phone and office etiquette.
- Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems.
