Responsibilities
- With exceptional sales abilities in commercial lines, there is the potential to earn an uncapped income through our competitive commission structure.
- Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm leads, internet leads, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
Requirements
- Must have a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- 2+ years of commercial lines business experience and proven long-term track record in sales. Insurance experience has the potential for SIGN-ON BONUS.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Collaborate with team members through concise and professional written and verbal communication, promoting effective teamwork and client service excellence.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
