We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.
How will you affect the business?
- Actively market new prospective client accounts to carrier partners.
- Support commercial lines sales team.
- Provide marketing analytics, negotiate carrier coverages and finalize marketing and client onboarding process.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Work closely with sales team to understand prospect's commercial lines insurance needs.
- Develop submissions to carriers and obtain quotes.
- Respond to underwriters' inquiries.
- Negotiate terms with carriers on prospect's behalf.
- Finalize the marketing process and prepare appropriate proposal presentations.
- Bind coverage for clients.
- Develop relationships with carrier underwriters and representatives.
- Keep current with industry, new product information, legislation, coverages and technology.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years client service experience working commercial lines insurance.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Experience with agency management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
