We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will have:
Strong legal writing skills
Proactive mindset with strong business and entrepreneurial sense
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution capabilities
Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service
Trial experience preferred, but not necessary
