Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in managing complex commercial litigation cases
• Proficiency in conducting sophisticated legal research and producing well-crafted written work
• Ability to draft intricate pleadings and motions, including petitions, answers, summary judgment motions, trial-related motions, and discovery-related motions
• Strong pretrial skills, including managing and responding to discovery and developing effective litigation strategies
• Timely reporting and ability to attend depositions and court appearances
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and the willingness to take on responsibility for litigation files and commercial issues
• Active Michigan bar license
• Outstanding references
