Job Opportunity: Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000
About the Firm: A boutique law firm in Nashville specializing in high-stakes commercial litigation is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with experience at an Am Law firm considered a plus, not required. This role requires a sharp legal mind, exceptional writing skills, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Work collaboratively with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.
- Maintain a high standard of client service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with an Am Law firm is a plus, not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000, depending on experience, with potential for growth based on performance.
