Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement and trial.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial issues such as contracts, disputes, liability, and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and minimize potential risks.
- Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage complex cases from inception to conclusion.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
