COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY - Gpac

Searching for an attorney with 1+ years of experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either construction defect cases or professional liability matters.

Responsibilities:

• Develop case strategies for commercial litigation, construction defect or professional liability claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests related to construction defect or professional liability matters
• Conduct depositions and attend court hearings for construction defect and professional liability cases
• Collaborate with experts in construction defect and professional liability fields
• Advise clients on risk management in construction defect and professional liability areas

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 1+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Active bar membership in good standing in Florida
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities
