The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases from inception through resolution, demonstrating outstanding strategic thinking, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients in court. Commercial Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 2+ years litigation experience preferred
• Interest or direct experience in Commercial, Construction, Real Estate, Employment Law, Premises Liability Defense or related practices
• Experience in motions, discovery, trial preparation or direct trial experience
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in CA in good standing
