Commercial Litigation - Greenfield Staffing Solutions

A well-established law firm with a footprint of 200 plus attorneys throughout 15 States is seeking to add experienced commercial litigators that will be able to work with senior level partners on a wide range of work for large reoccurring clients. The people and firm are set up to succeeded due to the workflow, teamwork, and opportunities provided internally and externally. 

You will represent clients in state, federal and appellate courts. You also regularly appear before governmental/administrative boards, agencies, and commissions as well as arbitration and mediation panels.

Your focus would be set on a few areas as listed; complex business litigation, corporate dissolutions, environmental, labor and employment, consumer finance, appellate practice, government affairs and white collar, real estate, family law, and construction disputes.

The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for direct client contact. A Florida bar license is required.
