Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Washington DC (Hybrid)

We are a prominent player in the legal industry, specializing in complex commercial and business litigation matters, ranging from government contracts disputes to labor and employment litigation. As we expand our team, we seek a highly skilled and motivated attorney to contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial and business litigation cases on a national scale.
- Manage government contracts disputes and provide representation in related matters.
- Advocate for clients in labor and employment litigation, including FLSA, wage-and-hour, Title VII, and restrictive covenants.
- Address trade secrets misappropriation claims and offer strategic legal counsel.
- Resolve commercial contract disputes, business torts, and construction disputes.
- Represent clients in government investigations and False Claims Act matters.
- Navigate real estate disputes in collaboration with our experienced team.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the District of Columbia.
- 2-6 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation.
- Familiarity with government contracts disputes and labor and employment litigation.
- Strong analytical and legal research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
- Attorneys in our practice work in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in the United States Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals.
